Rhythm Academy exists to deliver skill, experience and community in the performance arts; instrumental, vocal and theatrical, without bias, barrier or compromise on quality.​ 

Rhythm Academy aims to develop highly skilled, good humans who create outstanding performances.

Rhythm Academy offers peer group classes, opportunities for both the collective and the individual, and a firm belief in the importance of support from family, friends and community in the development of our students. 

We welcome everyone to come learn with us and be part of the community.

Classes are based in strong technical foundations. We deliver training that "aims high". Teachers are experienced, qualified and reputable.

We recognise what learning a performing art discipline can do for people. Artistic expression is fully realised when an performer is secure in their skill and feels valued for their contribution. That's why we provide thorough, proper training in a supportive, encouraging and nurturing environment.

Performers have the means to give other people an experience; change a mood, change a mind, invoke a feeling, inspire action. 

These are really special gifts that not only their audiences, but their own selves can benefit from. The process of learning a discipline, practicing over time, developing a show and bringing that to an audience is an invaluable exercise for any individual which grows competence, confidence and self esteem that can go with them into any scenario they find themselves in throughout their lives. Even though it's our business to train performers, we're also passionate about building up the person behind the performance.
